Hot Chocolate on Thursday is a sequel to Matcha on Monday. It is a collection of six short stories by Japanese author Michiko Aoyama. This type of book is known as a healing book. Each of the stories has a character learn something new about themselves. There isn't much mystery but rather character development. Most of the characters appear in all six stories and it's always interesting to see how the story arcs intersect. A cat usually involved in the plot.
I have been searching for a copy of this book for several weeks. I finally ordered it from Amazon and will probably read one chapter every evening. Her next book will be published in March 2027!
